Comment: I just received this item & could not be more disappointed!! I paid the new price of $17.85...used price was $13 something. Cannot believe how small it is so checked on LEGOS site for their price.....$9.99. SOME BARGAIN & the last time I will use this site, recommed you don't either.

Summary: I wish lego made more of these cool little sets
Comment: This is a nice little set with rebel troops. You have three little rebel dudes and the speeder. Super easy to put together, stays together for playing with. Good value for the money.
I rate lego sets on how fun they are to build, whether or not my son can build it alone (he's 7), can we play with it, really play with it, and how good are the extras (like lego dudes or accessories)

Comment: I just bought this and the Stars Wars Imperial drop ship for my stepson. He loves them! He was able to put them together with minimal help from me (just a little encouragement and a correction or two). It took him about an hour or so and held his attention completely. He's been playing with them for days. This is the first Lego set he's ever had besides some basic blocks made for the younger kids. I'm pretty sure this is going to be the start of an extensive Lego collection.

He took it with him everywhere the first few days we had it. Little pieces do come off pretty often so it may not be the best Lego set for younger children.

Comment: Hi. Today I will be making a review of the new Lego set, the Rebel Scout speeder. I will rate it either *, **, ***, ****, or *****.
Durability: ****
The speeder itself is very durable! I dropped it from 5 feet and all of it held together, except the turret, which fell off. Also, the Rebel's helmets don't stay on well, but they're easy to put back on.
Fun: *****
This a great set for playing with, but only if you get the Imperial Dropship. (Or the older Imperial Landing Craft). It comes with four new Rebel troopers, which you cannot, I repeat, CANNOT get in any other set.
It has four guys, 2 blasters and 2 blaster rifles, (all with holding spots on the sides.), and a speeder with a removable turret on the back.
The only bad thing is that you can't fit all 4 guy's in the speeder, you have to have one in the turret. Not a BIG problem though
Building Experience: ***
This is an okay build, but not great. It's a pretty easy build, only 82 pieces, so I reccommend it for someone 6-11. But no matter what age, it is a good set.
Overall: **** and 1/2
It's a very good set, at a VERY affordable price. Though not good alone, it is great with an Imperial Dropship (or Landing Craft)! I would reccommend it to a friend. Happy Building!
